Gareth Hughes Motors was established in 1982 and built a reputation for the quality and care customers enjoy. It is a family run business with the support of long serving and eager young members of staff.
Having built a reputation for selling excellent quality new and used cars, the Company was successful in securing the SEAT franchise for Pembrokeshire in 1999. We have enjoyed a highly successful and enjoyable relationship with SEAT UK and in March 2026 we also became a full franchisee for CUPRA.
We were delighted to accept the opportunity to take on the ISUZU Pickup franchise for Pembrokeshire in 2019. The quality of the product and the support of ISUZU UK fits in perfectly with the way Gareth Hughes Motors operates.
The massive improvements in product and quality have enabled our Company to develop our facilities and staff to achieve our goal of offering our customers, not only the best product, but the best level of Customer Care we can. We have Volkswagen Group and ISUZU trained technicians, and we use the latest technology to ensure all our customers vehicles are always operating at their most efficient.
Our standards of customer care not only ensure we have excellent relationships with our customers, but our team are extremely focused with all departments working effectively together. Over time, our teams’ efforts have led to us winning many accolades including SEAT Dealer of the Year and multiple awards from SEAT and ISUZU for our Customer Service. These are the most important awards to all at Gareth Hughes Motors, being at the top of customer care recognises the fantastic efforts put in by everyone.
